Role Overview We are looking to hire a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager for our US Staffing division . This role will involve building new business pipelines, nurturing existing accounts, and coordinating with our technical recruitment team to deliver top-tier talent to US clients. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, direct clients, and Tier-1 vendors . Source and close IT positions by understanding client requirements and working with recruiters. Create compelling sales presentations and customized proposals . Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts for staffing solutions. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and revenue goals . Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline . Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates . Participate in virtual client meetings and US industry events . Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or related field). Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales / BD . Familiarity with hiring models : W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp (C2C). Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, OPT, EAD etc. Strong experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and LinkedIn . Proficiency in using ATS and CRM systems like Ceipal, JobDiva, etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills . Self-driven and comfortable working independently under US time zones. Eligibility Criteria Strong technical understanding of software/IT domains. Willing to work night shifts (US timezone) . Immediate joiners preferred. Excellent written and spoken English.
